FAQ

1. How long does it take to make my screen?

Each screen is made to order or in small batches, so timing can vary.
The Book of Ancient Legends, for example, is usually kept in stock — we only need to engrave the names, and the personalization is ready in about 3 days before shipping.

For other products, the standard time from order to shipping is 2–4 weeks, but sometimes we prepare pieces in advance, so they can be shipped as quickly as the next day if no changes are required.

If you have a specific date (birthday, event, campaign start), let us know and we’ll do our best to meet it.

2. Can I customize it?

Absolutely — we love it! Engravings, inscriptions, symbols, special colors: send us your idea and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.
Customizations may extend production time and sometimes increase cost — but not always, so feel free to ask.

For complex projects, we’ll discuss the details together, agree on a budget and timeline, and send you a draft before we begin.

3. How do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship worldwide using tracked couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shown at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 days after dispatch, but we cannot guarantee exact transit times.

We also offer express delivery with next-day arrival after dispatch. Keep in mind: fast shipping ≠ fast crafting. We might take 4 weeks to finish your product, but only one day to send it out.

Every package is packed with the same care we put into crafting our screens — damage or loss is extremely rare.

4. What happens if the product arrives damaged or gets lost?

If it happens (so far, the average is 5 cases out of over 2,000 screens), simply send us photos within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a repair, replacement, refund, or any other solution that ensures you’re happy with the piece you receive — according to our Artisan Guarantee.

Artisan Guarantee
The most important thing for us is to create pieces that are beautiful, functional, and built to last.
Even if they are delicate or fragile, they should always be repairable.

A product should last as long as possible, and if something goes wrong, it should be able to return to life.

The heart of our work is not selling — it’s creating. When we create, we want it to matter: to the piece itself, to those who make it, and to those who receive it. It’s a virtuous circle fueled by the will to create value.

5. How should I care for my screen?

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources.
For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth or a touch of linseed oil, taking care not to rub too hard on painted areas.

6. Do you offer discounts?

This is a tricky one. Today’s market thrives on discounts, flash deals, and algorithms that reward them.
We do offer discounts occasionally, but only when:

  • we can produce the piece at a lower cost during certain periods,

  • we’re testing design changes that may not be final,

  • or when we want to “play” with those algorithms.

Most of the time, we prefer to keep a fair price all year round.
That said, follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter — we sometimes run special offers or giveaways.

7. Can I visit the workshop?

We don’t have a public storefront, but we attend events and conventions where you can see (and touch) our work: Lucca Comics, Play Modena, and others.
Follow us online to know where to find us in person.

8. Do you make anything besides screens?
Yes: Game Master accessories, themed journals, dice towers, dice trays, dice vaults, and even gaming tables.
Every piece is made in the same workshop, following the same philosophy.
