Ordering Time
Most of our products are made to order, which is awesome for you, but also means it can take some time. Once an order is placed, it can take 2-4 weeks to ship to you. Thank you for your patience!
Repairs
We spend a lot of time making and ensuring the quality of our products, but should something break on our account, or because of shipping, please contact us (contact@dragontempl8.com) so we can take care if it for you.
Returns
You mean a lot to us, so if something isn’t right, we will refund or replace the product.
Custom
As mentioned above, the shipping costs do not include any of the aforementioned fees. VAT / quantity / import taxes are determined when a package is imported into the country and are based on the weight, size of the package and the value of the package. Each country has different rates for import taxes, so they can be very variable. For more information on the cost of your country's individual import tax, please contact your local post office. We cannot provide specific information on these rates, as we are not known, but we can help you get an idea if you contact us.
